1. Inside sales communicate with potential customers over the Phone / Skype / Zoom. Training and information will be guide/provide accordingly. 2. The goal is to help schedule sales/demo appointment with the potential customers for sales person. 3. Help record customer information, puchases, and reactions to products. 4. Working with the manager or assigned staff member, which able to able to gain hands-on knowledge experience for career advancement.
